I’ve been dealing with Adam and Ronan at Iceepak, I have them to be fantastic to deal with, I purchased a vest and I sept in it last night and got the best sleep every. Today I can go outside and enjoy myself with out getting over heated. I have frontal temporal lobe dementia and I find it hard to regulate my temperature when it’s hot this product has been absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is chasing a product like this. The other good thing it’s 100% Australian made that’s another reason why I bought it support Australia.

Since moving to using the Iceepak Sof-Pac Eskies & Flexible Ice Blankets almost 2 years ago, I have noticed the Sof-Pac Eskies maintain optimum temperature control for the duration of the time out in the field, compared to a normal hard type esky. The Flexible Ice Blankets are also amazing as you don’t have to condition like the ice packs/ gel packs. ( more efficient )

Thank you for delivery of our carton of Cryopak blankets which we are using as insulation in our hot and cold "Meals on Wheels" transport bags. They are working really well maintaining the cold meals below 5 degrees and the hot meals over 60 degrees during delivery.

Dalby Meals on Wheels have been using the new Sof-Pac eskies for a few months now and are very happy with them. Meals stay much hotter than in the old eskies for much longer. In addition, the meals are easier to stack in the Sof-Pacs. Most of our volunteers have commented favourably. Thank you.

I am writing to thank you for introducing the Iceepak system to Meals on Wheels in Caloundra. Since first trialling the insulated boxes and ice sheets, we have continued to be amazed at how well the system works, both keeping food Hot and/or Cold.

As you know, we have tried a number of systems for transporting meals throughout Caloundra City and, because of the long distance involved in our delivery area, all have proved to be less efficient than desirable. I am delighted to say that Iceepak fill the bill nicely, maintaining hot meals at the required temperature and keeping cold meals and desserts chilled to the point of delivery. I would have no hesitation in recommending Iceepak to any organisation which requires food to be transported and maintained at a constant temperature, be it hot or cold. I just want to drop you a note to mention how happy we are with the Sof-Pac containers. Our volunteers have been using the Sof-Pac insulated containers for delivering meals to our meals on wheels clients. They comment just how good they are compared with the normal esky. They keep cold foods cold and hot foods hot right till the last delivery. This is why the Hospital Auxiliary is purchasing another large and another small Sof-Pac for the volunteers. They certainly work well.

Last season a silver carry bag and a box of ice packs was kindly donated to Nobby's Beach SLSC. Throughout the season these ice packs were used on our weekend patrols both on the beach and in the First Aid Room. We have also used the carry bag filled with ice packs at carnivals, where the ice stays frozen all day. 'No more melting ice'. We have received very positive feedback from our patrolling members regarding the ice packs. They are easy to use, can be rinsed off in water and refrozen for the next patrol. These ice packs can be applied directly to the skin. They can be large enough to wrap around an arm or leg for injuries and muscle soreness. They can also be used in larger sizes to cover a patient suffering from heat exhaustion. The ice packs come in the 10 metre roll that can be cut to any size you desire and are 97% purified non-toxic water so are not harmful to the skin in any way. Nobby's Beach SLSC would recommend its use by any surf club for patrols, carnivals and First Aid Rooms.

Baw Baw Shire Council has been using the Sof-Pac® Bags supplied by Iceepak since November 2009. I would like to offer the following comments:

• The Sof-Pac® Bag are very durable and stand up to constant daily use, in and out of vehicles etc.
• Having used the Sof-Pac® Bags for hot and cold meals they keep excellent temperature of the meals.
• It is particularly useful having the name slot on the top of the eskie.
• Iceepak are excellent to deal with in all circumstances.
• Orders are processed promptly, nothing seems too much trouble.
• We have had one issue in the years I have dealt with Iceepak, this issue was resolved quickly and professionally.
• Baw Baw uses the internal liners for the eskies, this assists with cleaning.
• We choose not to use straps for OH&S reasons and the presentation of the meals.(Not being tipped up)
• We have recently commenced using the smaller lunch packs available also, these are proving very successful.

We are so happy with the SP018 Sof-Pac® Bags especially out in the country where most of our volunteers are elderly. The Sof-Pac® Bags are so light it really makes a big difference for the volunteers to carry. Also in the hot , hot weather, when we send out a cold meal (salad) we are finding the temperature is holding until they are all delivered. Very comforting to know!
